Walk across the rooftop and down a sturdy set of cement spiral stairs and you have landed on the second floor and face the pool surrounded by mature palm trees. Descend a wide cement stairway and you are in the beautiful garden courtyard. Enjoy a swim in the pool or relax under the shade of the cement palapa while you sip on a cool beverage. overlooking the pool, and beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees and palapa. The sunsets are magnificent as the glow of the setting sun embraces the colors from the yellow and terracotta accents painted in the courtyard.

There are stairs to climb to get to the rooftop patio and 2 sets of stairs down to your unit near the pool, so if you have poor mobility and can’t do stairs, then this unit is not recommended for you.

To ensure equal access by each of the 4 suites and to avoid over crowding, only registered guests may use these two shared common areas of the complex. However, friends of registered guests may visit within the suite and on their private decks.

The living area is open to the dining area which makes it fantastic for “together time” with a great L-shaped sofa for relaxing downtime between activities! There’s a SmartTV for your Netflix shows or you can chill out here and plan the day!

Next, you’ll find a large and wonderful fully-equipped kitchen, beautifully blue tiled backsplash and countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. It’s really great if you’re vacationing on a budget and want to eat at home! There’s a full refrigerator/freezer, an oven with a SIX-burner gas stove, a microwave, toaster oven, dishes, cutlery, utensils, cookware & coffee maker for that morning jolt! Even a few barstools at the kitchen breakfast bar too, you can sit there and chat with the cook of your group or sip a cocktail!

In the center of this grand suite is the formal dining room and table which easily seats six people with an open arch window countertop connecting with the kitchen. It’s perfect for a sit-down meal or a game night or playing cards!

BEDROOM 1: a spacious master bedroom featuring a king bed, brand new bed linens, a sitting chair, large closet space & AC.

BEDROOM 2: is also spacious with 2 comfy double beds, brand new linens, a sitting chair, a desk for a laptop-friendly space in the event anyone needs to work (we hope not!), a large closet & AC

LIVING ROOM: has an L-shaped sofa

The bathroom is spacious with a tub/shower combo, toilet, sink, and storage cabinet.

There’s a large private terrace in front that faces east where you can sit and witness beautiful sunrises with a view of the ocean on one side and a rooftop staircase with the handcrafted log railing on the other. Grab your coffee and head out there --it’s truly the best way to start the day.

But wait! There’s a second and larger patio with an additional outdoor covered dining area as you head out the door through the kitchen. This large patio sits adjacent to the spiral staircase that leads up to the rooftop, and it also overlooks the garden courtyard and pool area. This back patio faces the west --so grab your sunset cocktail this time and catch some of the most spectacular sunsets here!

• 1 large bathroom with shower, sink and storage cabinet with walls beautifully tiled green.
• Large American Style Kitchen, fully-equipped kitchen with all you need for preparing meals at home. There are many cupboards with built-in wine rack and kitchen bar and stools.
