The main spaces of the condo:

a SITTING AREA with 2 comfy sofas (that become sofa beds) and a 55” TV which makes this a great place to relax after a hard day of fun in the sun! This space has high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that not only give access to the BALCONY but disappear into the pocket of the wall, greatly extending the living room!

a KITCHEN that has quality appliances which include an ice machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, stovetop and an ample supply of pots, pans, dinnerware and glassware – more than what you’d need to prepare drinks, snacks, or any meal of the day. There are loads of custom cabinets and space to stock with your favorite munchies!

a BREAKFAST BAR where you can relax while you prepare food.

a DINING TABLE set to accommodate 6 guests for sit-down meals with good conversation. This can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

This place is paradise – off the beaten path – only a 3-minute walk to the beach, a short drive from Merida, and about a 12-minute drive to central Progresso. You’ll find it hard to leave this tranquil place called Miramar Beach Condos! The communal pool is spectacular, with lounge chairs to sunbathe and a bar to set a cooler of drinks, plus we’ve provided beach chairs. The condo has 2 levels with 1600 sq ft per floor, outfitted with the most important comforts of home, and there’s an added bonus – your own private rooftop terrace with a shaded seating area decorated with a wall mural. Having a private plunge pool to cool off and a bar to make refreshing beverages will become your favorite place! The condo features 10 ft ceilings, quality furnishings, linens, and appliances, while the splashes of aqua-painted walls, beautiful paintings of beaches, and themed decor promote a soothing beachy vibe.

Guest access

You and any of your visitors will have full, exclusive access to the condo and private roof terrace with a pool during your stay. Registered guests can also enjoy the complex amenities, such as the ground-level swimming pool and communal table bar.

Other things to note

– We include an electrical consumption of 15 kwh/day. This amount is complimentary and the additional amount of usage would be charged at the end of the stay. We monitor your consumption by checking the meter at check-in and check-out. In case, for any reason, you use extra KWh, these can be paid in cash at check out.
-There is an elevator however, guests may need to climb stairs in case the elevator is temporarily out of order.
– There are surveillance devices in the pool and parking areas for security only.
– There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an extra fee.
– There are some basic essentials provided to get you started, like toilet paper, shampoo, and soap.
– Check-in is at 4 pm, if a later check-in is required, we can accommodate with a lock box, however, guests will be required to meet the host the following day to check in, review the rules, ask any questions, and be given the orientation of the complex. Check-out is promptly at 11 am.
– There is one assigned parking spot per reservation/unit. If there are any additional vehicles, they will need to park on the street.
– Please do not feed animals or stray dogs around the Miramar property.
– Please lock the doors when you are not in the condo. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
– A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
– There is a binder that can be found in the unit with helpful information and contact numbers for taxis, restaurants, services, and amenities in the area.

HOUSE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED

– Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
– No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
– No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. The walls of this complex are cement and sound carries.
– No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. (Max 6 guests are permitted).
The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 people. In the event of extra unauthorized guests, an additional nightly charge of up to $30.00 per person can be charged at the discretion of the Host and potential eviction without refund could occur. There is also no subletting of the property. Only those registered names will be authorized to stay in the unit. If, for some reason, you are unable to complete your stay and the refund is unavailable through Airbnb, you cannot give permission to another person to complete your stay as they are not registered on the agreement.
– No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
– Any charges related to damages or missing items or any extra cleaning charges, if such is needed, will also be charged after their stay if applicable.
– Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
– Please avoid moving furniture.
– Barbeques are not permitted.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. There is a clothesline on the rooftop.
– Please respect rules of the pool and common area regulations displayed on the wall.
