Beautiful main Floor Bungalow with 2 adjoining bedrooms. It has its own private outdoor covered patio. It is one apartment out of total of 4 units in this ½ acre property with shared rooftop terrace and Garden Courtyard and Pool. Free high speed WiFi located throughout property.

If you have any mobility issues, and cannot do stairs or have a lot of luggage, this suite is not recommended and there is no street direct access that requires going up a set of stairs to the rooftop, down a cement spiral staircase and down a wide staircase to access your unit. The positive aspects are that it is a beautiful, private suite at a lower rate, with a well-equipped kitchen and direct access to the pool and garden palapa.

The front door leads to your private deck conveniently located in the front of the building close in the front lobby. Great place to enjoy a magnificent sun rise with a cup of coffee as it faces east.
2 large bedrooms that are adjoined. Great for a family with kids as access to the second bedroom and bathroom is through the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, end tables and a large boudoir. The second bedroom is an adjoined to the first bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds and large closet with drapery and leading to the bathroom. Both bedrooms have colorful paintings, and comfortable bedding.

The first bedroom has an AC unit. Both have ceiling fans.

A Safe provided in one of the bedrooms to secure your passports and money.

1 full bath with shower, toilet and sink with ornate mirror of colorful shells, which adds charm and a reminder of the ocean.

Cute colorful Kitchen and Dining room

Turquoise kitchen table and chairs that seats 4 with a beautiful wooden cabinet and tiled walls and countertops. You have all you need for preparing meals at home. Included is a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-burner stove with oven, a blender, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, and a coffee maker for that morning jolt!

Living Room

The living area has a loveseat sofa, 2 chairs with end tables great for relaxing downtime between activities, with a place to chat and plan your day! Enjoy the flat screen tv for watching Netflix or YouTube.

Private Deck/Patio

The door from the suite leads to a private undercover deck with a couch, chair and coffee table facing east, and easy access to the street.

Shared Common Areas: Rooftop and Pool and Garden Courtyard.

Follow the stairs with hand-crafted log rails up to the 3rd floor Rooftop Patio. Enjoy the magnificent ocean view and breeze. Sit under the shade of the beautifully hand-crafted wooden Palapa while you enjoy a cocktail or a meal! Patio furniture and cement table with stools are provided for your enjoyment. It is definitely an amazing spot to witness incredible sun rises and sunsets! From this vantage point you can also see the famous PROGRESO sign and witness the activities from the beach and ships sailing on the ocean.

Walk across the rooftop and down a sturdy set of cement spiral stairs and you have landed on the second floor and face the pool surrounded by mature palm trees. Descend a wide cement stairway and you are in the beautiful garden courtyard. Enjoy a swim in the pool or relax under the shade of the cement palapa while you sip on a cool beverage. overlooking the pool, and beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees and palapa. The sunsets are magnificent as the glow of the setting sun embraces the colors from the yellow and terracotta accents painted in the courtyard.

There are stairs to climb to get to the rooftop patio and down to the pool so if you have poor mobility and can’t do stairs, then this unit is not recommended for you.

To ensure equal access by each of the 4 suites and to avoid over crowding, only registered guests may use these two shared common areas of the complex. However, friends of registered guests may visit within the suite and on their private decks.
